Hi, I’m Lada, founder and owner of Glitter & Glow Balloons Co.

As a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience caring for people, attention to detail, reliability, and genuine connection have always been at the heart of everything I do.

My passion for events began when my family founded Alaska’s White Castles in Melbourne, a luxury soft play and children’s event business that grew to become one of South East Melbourne’s leading event hire companies. After successfully building and selling the business, we brought our experience and love for creating memorable celebrations back home to Queensland.

Today, Glitter & Glow Balloons Co is a family-owned event styling business based in Brisbane, specialising in elegant balloon installations and thoughtfully styled celebrations for life’s special moments. Now in our fourth year in the events industry and with more than 500 events delivered, we feel incredibly grateful to help families celebrate birthdays, baby showers, milestone events, corporate functions, and special occasions.

My goal is simple: to create beautiful, stress-free celebrations with exceptional service, thoughtful styling, and attention to every detail. The values that shaped my nursing career — compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for people, continue to guide every event we create.
