We make celebrating simple — our team handles delivery, setup, and optional pack-down so you can relax and enjoy your event in style.

All pricing is based on travel from our Bellmere studio (with additional services available from Maroochydore for Sunshine Coast events).

🎀 Delivery & Setup

For large displays, installations, and styled setups, we offer full delivery, setup, and optional pack-down services.

Delivery and setup fees vary depending on:

• Event location and access
• Installation size and styling complexity
• Time and date of delivery

A personalised quote will be provided once we receive your event details via our contact form or after your order submission.

🌸 Additional Notes

Larger installations, complex venues, or restricted access (stairs, no lift, etc.) may incur additional setup time fees.

We’ll always confirm final pricing in your personalised quote after reviewing your event details.

💫 Pack-Down Service

If your event requires removal after hours or on the following day, our team can return for professional pack-down and collection.

This service is quoted separately depending on timing and travel distance.

🚚 Delivery, Setup & Pack-Down Pricing

To ensure your display is handled with the care it deserves, we personally manage all delivery, setup, and pack-down logistics.

Delivery fees are calculated based on travel distance from Bellmere, QLD at $1 per kilometre (each way).

• Studio Pick-Up: Complimentary from Bellmere or Maroochydore for eligible items.
• Delivery & Setup: Minimum of 2 trips (delivery + setup).
• Full Installations with Pack-Down: 4 trips total (delivery, setup, pack-down, and return).
  

Each booking includes a detailed quote confirming travel, setup, and pack-down costs before your event date.

If your event location is 30 km from Bellmere and requires delivery, setup, and pack-down (4 trips), the travel component would be approximately $120 total (30 km x $1 x 4 trips).

✨ Studio Pick-Up

We offer convenient pick-up options from two studio locations:

• Bellmere (Brisbane North)
• Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast)

Pick-up is ideal for smaller items such as helium bouquets, centrepieces, or jumbo balloons.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide collection details and times to ensure a smooth handover.
